"I've done two of your classes this week; one for energy and one for hips/back. My sciatica is being held at bay which is AMAZING, Thank you!!! just trying to handle the fatigue/not sleeping part now, but I"m sure it's getting me ready for the sleepless nights coming up - not long to go! (10 weeks!) It's getting exciting! I've been doing my 'pick up the baby' squats and alternate arm/leg extensions :)
Do you know when my subscription runs out too? I think it's early March and want to make sure I don't skip a beat and keep going.. at the moment your classes are taking preference over gym, just way too exhausted when I get there!"
