"Blair is a remarkable woman. She conceived, gestated and birthed MTRNL from concept, to a community of hundreds of mamas around the world within nine months.

Blair is obsessed with living by example, which means she is building and working in her business in a way that allows her to take care of herself and spend lots of quality time with her two daughters and husband on their homestead in Carnation, Washington.

While she is dedicated to a vision of every mama feeling loved, strong and supported - she is also committed to "working" at her desk only a few hours each week. She teaches yoga so that she can practice yoga with women that inspire and motivate her to roll out her mat every day.

She's one of the coolest people I know, and I can't wait to see where MTRNL goes from here..."

[From the nomination that won Blair the Romper.com Made It Award in 2017]

Blair founded MTRNL after her Seattle students said they missed the prenatal yoga she taught when she moved out of the city. Rather than ask her students to come out to "the country" for their weekly classes, she decided to host them online via live, interactive video.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is recommended for most pregnant women these days because it can prepare your body for giving birth, while providing numerous other benefits such as improved sleep, reduced stress/anxiety and increased strength – all while alleviating the various discomforts of pregnancy.

These classes also offer precious bonding time for you with your little human. He/she benefits from these classes too.

In our library/app, You will find a class for any stage of pregnancy, and any ache/pain/sensation you are currently working through.

Namaste, beautiful mama!

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal classes provide space for you to knit together your post-bump body, while helping to alleviate all of the aches and pains that come with breastfeeding, disturbed sleep, pelvic floor healing, weak abdominals and recovering from giving birth.

*Relaxin, the hormone that allows your pelvis to open up during childbirth, may still be in your system up to six months postpartum, which increases the risk of injury. This is why postnatal yoga is recommended for at least the first six months.

In our library you will find new mama classes, power mama classes, baby & me and even kids yoga.

"When I see you, I see beauty. I see you, you see me, we see love."
