How to modify Triangle Pose for pregnancy

Constipated and Pregnant? Belly feeling like there is not possibly any way it could get bigger? Cramps in the left side of your abdomen? Feel low in energy and want to get your heart rate up?

Triangle Pose is one of my faves, and I particularly like the way we modify it for prenatal and postnatal yoga. It allows you to get so much "deeper" into the pose, and addresses all of the above and so much more.
