This simple, wonderful yoga asana will help to relieve sore, tight shoulders and neck.
Many people get tight shoulders/necks - but when you are pregnant and/or become a mother those tight shoulders can really cause a lot of suffering, particularly after a long day of picking up, rocking and/or carrying that beautiful (but heavy!) little bubba.
Please don't suffer through it - get down on your hands and knees and move for a couple of minutes. Then once you're feeling a bit better, book a massage mama!
